Onboarding

• New community members upon arrival sign individual member agreement specific for their situation (check out template here).
• Each new member is presented to general Community Agreements.

Onboarding flow

Trial period

• New members are under a trial period of 7 days to ensure alignment for both sides.

Off-boarding

• If any of the community agreements are violated, community member may leave or be off-boarded immediately and without consideration of long-term or trial period duration.
  • In a situation of violated agreements, community member is not entitled to refund from the rent or food payment that has been made for the following week.

Escalation process

1. Violation of any of the agreements is recognized.
2. Feedback about the instance is given directly and 1on1 to the considered person in a kind & constructive way.
3. If the behavior did not improve - the instance is brought up to the community coordinator, Community Heart Holder, or any of the leads the community member is comfortable with.
4. Second feedback is communicated and documented as a report of what was talked about in {fill out this form}
5. If the behavior does not improve - and any community members recognizes it, it is communicated with the community coordinator.
6. The community member is off-boarded immediately.

Space care

• We always put things back to their place after use.
